Our stainless steel and titanium bracelets will last for many years with
little or no care. The act of removing and replacing the bracelet over time
may cause the clasp to loosen and in the worse case scenario this can lead
to the loss of the bracelet. At the first sign of a problem (if this does
occur it is usually after 1 to 2 years of repeated opening and closing of
the clasp) we will repair or replace the clasp at no charge. This service
is offered regardless of the age of the bracelet.

Our all stainless steel cuff bracelets (both the the classic and the new
M&M style) can be exchanged for a different size without charge.
We have been asked if there is a restocking charge for any returned items,
