The InterActive Voice Phone Mail System
AAAMagnetic's interactive phone system will allow our customers, who would
rather not place their credit card information on-line, to quickly and with
the absolute knowledge that their information will not be placed on a computer
that is connected in any way to the internet. This information is only accessible
by our payment department and will be processed and deleted at a minimum of
4 times per day.
If you choose to pay by phone, simply call our toll free order line, 1-800-499-3936
and have your invoice and credit card information ready (MasterCard, Visa or
Discover). The invoice number is located on the top of your invoice copy, or
if you did not print your invoice out, it will also appear in the email sent
to the email address you listed on your order.
You will need, in order, the following information;
1) Invoice number.
2) Credit card number.
3) Credit card expiration date.
4) Total amount of the invoice.
Step 1:
Call 1-800-499-3936 and choose the "Pay For An On-line Credit Card Order"
by pressing the number 2 key on your phone.
Step 2:
You will be asked to enter your invoice number followed by the pound key. The
number will be read back to you, if it is correct press the pound key to continue
to Step 3. If it is incorrect simply press the star key and you will be able
to reenter your invoice number.
Step 3:
You will be asked to enter your credit card number followed by the pound key.
The number will be read back to you, if it is correct press the pound key to
continue to Step 4. If it is incorrect simply press the star key and you will
be able to reenter your credit card number.
Step 4:
You will be asked to enter credit card expiration date followed by the pound
key. Example; if your card expires January 2005 then enter 0105. The number
will be read back to you, if it is correct press the pound key to continue to
Step 5. If it is incorrect simply press the star key and you will be able to
reenter the expiration date.
Step 5:
You will be asked to enter the dollar amount shown your invoice number followed
by the pound key. This number is entered without the decimal point. Example;
$100 dollars would be entered as 10000 and $100.50 when be entered as 10050.
The amount will will be read back to you in dollars and cents, if it is correct
press the pound key to continue to Step 6. If it is incorrect simply press the
star key and you will be able to reenter the dollar amount again.
Step 6:
The program will now read back the entire transaction to allow you to hear all
of the details. If the details are correct simply press the pound sign and you
are done!
