We take great pride in our quality and service. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your bracelet or necklace upon arrival, return it unused within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund, less shipping of $4.00 (Free Shipping) or $6.00 for priority and the sizing charge if applicable.
While some retailers allow returns of used/worn bracelets after long periods
of time we sell top shelve copper, stainless and titanium bracelets which do
not allow us to simply discard them. Have you ever wondered how a company can
give you a "free" bracelet while selling the same item for $30 or
$40 dollars, and or allow you to return a $30 to $100 dollar bracelet after
it has been worn/used? The answer is very simple, they have less than the cost
of shipping in the item and should have never been sold at those prices in the
first place! We think 30 days to look at, try on (not wear) and then return
any item is more than fair. If your concern is whether or not magnets are for
you, we suggest you try an inexpensive magnetic bracelet before you think about
one of our high end designs.

Our stainless steel and titanium bracelets will last for many years with little or no care. The act of removing and replacing the bracelet over time may cause the clasp to loosen and in the worse case scenario this can lead to the loss of the bracelet. At the first sign of a problem (if this does occur it is usually after 1 to 2 years of repeated opening and closing of the clasp. Do not continue to wear the bracelet) we will repair or replace the clasp at no charge. This service is offered regardless of the age of the bracelet.

Our all stainless steel cuff bracelets (both the the classic and the new M&M style) can be exchanged for a different size without charge.We have been asked if there is a restocking charge for any returned items, absolutely not! AAAMAGNETIC.COM never resells used/returned bracelets online, resulting in no restocking fees. All bracelets sold are factory fresh and double checked at time of shipping.
ADDITONAL INFO ON COPPER MAGNETIC BRACLETS;
The magnets used on our American made copper items are incased in a nickel steel alloy. These magnets should be dried and cleaned if wet, either by perspiration or water as rust of the casing will occur if they remain wet. If you think you may run into a problem with this condition we suggest you purchase the copper only bracelet without magnets.
